The Short Version
Elite Sports Solutions is a weekly brief on the business and technology of sport. It carries no affiliate links, and no company has ever paid to be covered in it.
The conflict worth knowing about is a different one. The person writing this works in the industry it covers, which is what makes the reporting useful and also what makes it non-neutral. Both things are true at once, so we would rather say it plainly than let you find out later.
Where the Conflict Is
Jack Tabb III is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and a partner at JB Sports. He represents professional players, and that practice lives at nfladvisor.com. He also invests on the money side of sport.
That means the brief sometimes covers companies, deals, and people he has a working relationship with, or a financial interest in. Where that is the case in a specific item, the item says so.
Representation is a separate business from anything published here. Elite Sports Solutions receives no compensation related to representation, and nothing on this site is a solicitation for it.
What We Don’t Take
No affiliate commissions. No payment for coverage, placement, or a favorable write-up. No paid links inside editorial copy.
If an issue carries a sponsored slot, it is labeled Partner where it appears. A sponsor never sees an issue before it goes out and never has any say in what else is in it.
Sourcing
We name sources and link them. Where a number comes from a filing, a press release, or a report, the item says which. Where something is our read rather than a reported fact, it is written as a read.
Not Advice
Nothing published here is legal, financial, tax, or eligibility advice, and reading it creates no advisor, agent, attorney, or client relationship. Confirm anything affecting eligibility with a compliance office, and anything affecting a contract with your own attorney, before you act on it.
